I would like to introduce Myself ramana Murthy.I am from Kakinada. My family consists four members. I have completed my graduation in the stream of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 70%. From my child hood I am very interested in electrical engineering. Infact the world cannot exist without an electrical energy. I want to research in this field that’s the reason I’m choosing my carrier as an electrical engineer. I have completed my Diploma in EEE in the year 2012 with 87% and completed my schooling in 2009 at Z.P High school velangi. My interests are reading general knowledge books and news paper reading. My private time I’m interested to listen music and playing musical octopad. Finally I want to settle in my carrier by occupying good position in the society.
2) What is your short term and long term goals?
My short term goal is to learn the basic knowledge of polity and geography, other factors because I want to become a IAS .my dream is serve to the people. This is my long term goal. My weaknesses is I am a bit anger i.e. easily gets hurt but I had habituated to control myself in many situations I faced.
3) What would you do if you are not selected for this job?
I have no problem if I’m not selected because this is my first interview I will take this as a experience to rectify my mistakes and to attend another interview with confidence. I only consider failure is the first step of success.
4) Can you work under pressure?
If the situation is hard, then of course my answer is yes. That is the right time to prove my skills and what I am I in that organization. Infact no success can be obtained easily.
5) How long can you commit to work with us?
I always like to face the new challenges to grow. As long I keeping getting these, I don’t think I’ll need to switch over here. I would like to say this relationship lasts for many years. Now I didn’t think such time limits.
6) What is your expected salary in mind?
I believe that remuneration depends upon the experience and ability, rewards performance of the employee. I am sure that this company also takes care of these factors while decide my remuneration.
7) Where do you see yourself five years from now?
These types of questions ask the interviewers to check your commitment to the job and company. They want to know if you are just filling in till a better opportunity comes along, or are you looking for a better long-term relation with the organization.
The position is exactly what I am looking for depends on a long term working relation with the company. I’m confident that if I perform my work sincerely the desired level of proficiency, opportunities will inevitably open up for me."
8 )Give me an example of your creativity.
When I am pursuing B.Tech final year every one prepare power point presentation for their academic project. I’m not to do so. But it very important. I have full knowledge in my project so have prepared real project related to the solar panels within 2 hours of time. My project awarded as 1st prize.
9) Why do you want to work for this company?
I research your organization growth curve and the employee satisfactory level. All the people dream to work for the best organization my thoughts too. But also trying to prove myself in the biggest platform that suitable for my profile and qualification.
10) Do you have any questions for me?
I would like to know what are the next step is for me. I would also be interested to know more about the roles and responsibilities of my job.
11) How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
Sir, no problem in working nights and weekends because in my opinion if we want to be successful then we should be honest to our work it is vital for everyone, who wants a growth in future, to remember that success coming from only hard work and intelligence.
12) Are you willing to relocate or travel?
I don’t see any problem in relocating to a new place. It will help me to provide exposure to a new environment, culture and languages and let me interact with different people and their communication. This is one of the best opportunity works with different thinking people.
13) Who has inspired you in your life and why?
Abraham Lincoln is my inspiration because challenges make our life interesting problem prepare us to fight our career. He faced numerous failures in his carrier but will not take his step bank. Finally elected as president for United States of America. . It is a key to success if we want to reach at highest peak it will be done by accepting challenges
14) What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
I don’t think the decision is tough on any moment. I believe that every decision is important for success in life. First thing I have full belief on my decisions.
15) Why don’t you choose business for your carrier development?
As a fresher I don’t think so. Because I don’t have a experienced skills to perform business. To be a good businessman must prove as a good employee. Now I want to be a good employee by improving my skills by taking some risks. After that basing on my interest I will think about business.
16) If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?
Yes I will continue my work. Because money does not gives me knowledge. I would love to work. And hard work gives me a satisfaction.
17) Why do you want to leave your current employer?
My previous company is occupying one of the top MNC place. It concentrates on basics manufacturing’s. I have perfectly done my challenges and responsibilities.
I want to enhance my knowledge on other fields too. Your company provides me to one of plat form to prove my abilities and skills.
18) What is your greatest weakness?
This is a challenging question to a candidate so many people lying if they don’t have any weakness. That not a good idea. You have to convey how your weakness to change into a comfortable nature. Don’t use I’m perfectionist and good humanity. Emphasize what you've done to overcome it and improve. This question is all about how you become aware and evaluate yourself.

20) What good books are you read lately.
If you are really a good book reader convey about what the books you read the earlier and their morals in a short form. Books related to the subject are also not bad. Here good communication skills are very important to express what you are learned from the books. Don’t say lies if you are not interested in book reading. Honesty is important in every stage.
21) Do you prefer working with others or alone?
Basically it’s depends upon the post you are applying for .If you are a team leader you have to prefer working with others or a group. Then the interviewer will think you can’t work alone and if you answer alone, then the boss may think you have some technical issues working with other people.
22) Why did you choose this particular career path in your life?
In this competitive world works every minute with electricity. Assume if we don’t have a power and latest technology on power generation. Finally the world cannot exist any more without an electrical energy. These are all the factors take me to complete an electrical engineering. That’s the reason I’m choosing my carrier path in this sector.
23) Why do you want to leave your present job?
The best answer to offer for this question is to say, “For better expectation”.
